Event FAQs


When booking your tickets you must check the date and time selected before making payment. No returns will be given for incorrect bookings.

Tickets are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

If you have a reason to suspect fraudulent use of e-tickets, transfer to another person or other abuse, we reserve the right to refuse you entry to the Bristol Fashion Week pavilion. No refund will be given in relation to fraudulent use of e-tickets.

Admittance to the Fashion Pavilion at The Mall at Cribbs Causeway is permitted only with a valid e-ticket.

For Health & Safety reasons and fire regulations, a seat must be purchased for all children over the age of 5. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The Mall reserves the right to refuse the admission of a ticket holder to the premises and to require any ticket holder leave the premises.

Any performance may change or be cancelled without prior notice.

The Mall will not be liable in any way if an event or performance is abandoned due to any factors that are beyond their control. This includes Acts of God, power failure and flooding.

The Mall will refuse entry of ticket holders in possession of professional audio or video recording equipment or professional cameras.

The Mall does not permit cans or glass in The Fashion Pavilion.

Mobile phones must be silenced before entering the Fashion Pavilion 

Patrons must ensure that all personal belongings are kept with them at all times. The Mall will not accept responsibility for loss of any possessions on the premises.

The Mall Fashion Pavilion is a No Smoking area.


What is a platinum ticket?
A platinum ticket guarantees you a front row seat at the event. Seating is allocated on arrival. 

What is a silver ticket?
A silver tickets guarantees you a second row seat at the event. Seating is allocated on arrival.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my 6 year old?
Yes, a seat must be purchased for all children over the age of 5.

Can I take pictures/film during the show?
The use of processional camera or professional video recording equipment is not permitted unless you have been granted prior permission from The Mall’s PR manager. Photography on camera phones is permitted.

Do I need to print my ticket off?
No, you can present your e-ticket on your phone to the pavilion reception.

I have booked the wrong date, can I change it?
Please contact our booking support team to make any changes to your booking.

I can no longer attend the event, can I have a refund? Unfortunately refunds are not permitted except in the case of extreme circumstances. Please contact our booking support team for more information.

What time should I arrive?
We advise that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the show starting time.

What’s included with my ticket?
Refreshments on arrival courtesy of M&S and a goody bag, to be collected from the collection point inside The Mall

Are there any toilets in the fashion pavilion?
The nearest toilets are in The Mall by the main entrance.

How long does the show last?
Each show lasts 45 minutes.

Are the treatments in the Be You free?
There are a mixture of free and paid for treatments, please visit each stand for details.

I am a student, do I get a discount?
There is a discounted rate available for students of £5 per ticket, but this can only be accessed when booking 10 or more tickets at once (see below).

I am booking for a school, is there a special rate?
Yes, if you are booking 10 tickets or more together for students or school groups you can buy them for £5 per ticket. You will need a discount code for this. Please call our support line on 0208 1333 143 to ask for the code. 

Can I reserve seats and pay nearer the time?
Unfortunately you cannot reserve seats, payment must be made up front in advance.

I cannot pay by credit card / Paypal, is there another way I can pay?
You can pay by cheque or invoice. Please contact our booking support team who will be able to assist you.
